Cancellations & Reschedules
At least 48 hours' notice is required for service changes, cancellations, and reschedules. Deposits are non-refundable, however with proper notice may be transferred to a new reservation. Late cancellations | reschedules will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
Tardiness Arrivals beyond 15 minutes may require rescheduling and your deposit may be forfeited.
Custom Orders Payment in full is required prior to ordering bespoke hair extensions.
