Consultations
New guests must complete a consultation form prior to scheduling. This ensures alignment, proper planning, and the highest level of care.
Consultations are required for all extension services.
Reservations & Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits are applied toward your service total.
Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
At least 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations within this window may result in forfeiture of your deposit.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule to preserve the quality of the experience.
No-Show Policy
Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without proper notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit and may require additional approval for future bookings.

Final investment is determined by crown density, length, method, and desired result.
Maintenance & Crown Care
Proper at-home care and maintenance are essential to preserving the integrity of your extensions and natural hair.
We are not responsible for issues resulting from improper care, missed maintenance, or services performed elsewhere.

Final Investment Due to the nature of custom services and hair extensions all services and hair purchases are considered a final investment in your crown experience.
